    Compatibility list?

    Hello there.

Does anyone here has a "compatibility list", something that tells me what Ricoh model is equivalent to a Nashua/Gestetner/etc machine?

    Thanks in advance.

Well, although I'd like to have a PDF or similar to carry on the laptop with me, that list certainly is useful. Thanks, Yhel23!

            Sweet!

It's people like you that make me have faith in humankind! If I can ever help you, don't hesitate tol ask!

Although I'm servicing a Nashua right now, and it doesn't appear on your list, I noticed that the Gestetner model name is the same of the machine I'm doing right now. Does that apply to most or all of the Nashua product line?

            Again, thanks a lot!

Also, If you are in the uk(?) Log onto TESSA. In the red colunm at the left of the page you will find an option "Cross Reference Model". This gives a comparison between all current Ricoh models and other distributors. Just reference by the machine type (MFP?)
I assume there is a similar list worldwide on the Ricoh tech support sites (?)

I don't want to start a fight here...BUT...aren't you "calling the kettle black" by selling copyrighted service parts and service manuals on your site?? Unless you have a legal agreement with all those corporations and are paying them royalties?

To take this further technical bulletins are posted here all the time and are clearly marked with a copyright.

I know your site has helped many many technicians, including myself, and I'd hate to see it go away. But please don't jump on someone else for posting something freely on the site when you are making a profit for doing the same thing.

You just lost some credibility in my eyes. Sorry.

                            Hear hear!!

Also..... Any trained engineer should be able to obtain the info via his (her) Technical site, i.e RUK TESSA. If the "Techs" around the world instruct their engineers to use the local sites we can help prevent untrained persons fixing machines and "unofficial" (uncopyrighted) information being leaked, otherwise are we not just "shooting ourselves in the foot" by giving our work to others?!

Well, no need to argue. Apparently there's a Saving website where you can download a more up-to-date database than the one Yhel23 posted (I can't download the EXE from the site, but Yhel23's works just fine).

                              Model Cross Reference (Downloads)

I got this from another post on this forum while searching for "Cross Reference".

                              Tadaaa!

                              Current version: v08.0215.0953

I suggest that if anyone's got a more updated version to share it with us.
