DSm415pf Error Code 15-03

Anyone shed any light on this fax error code.

The machine displays error code 15-03, network issue. But still works okay receiving and sending faxes and printing.

You can reset the error by holding down the 7 and 9 key together for 10 seconds but it will reappear.

The error isn't listed in the manaul.

Any ideas?

Cheers Cipher. I done a bit of digging about after I posted the thread and I came up with pretty much the same thing.

mail address not registered - register mail address on server or turn off pop before SMTP

and also

Mail address not registered: Turn off reception protocol in File Transfer. User Tools>System Settings>File Transfer>Reception Protocol>Off
