3035 Jam Code 17

Hi people!

I am recieving jam code 17 on a 3035. The manual says its "---". I haven't actually see the machine jams, but the customer says it happens when they use the duplex.
WTF??? Anybody know whats causing this?

The two junction gates above the fuser do tend to stick to the rubber pads they rest against.

This can cause intermitten duplex jams.
