2238 colour suddenly bad

I changed all of the PCUs in this unit still not corrected . the yellow seems to be bleeding into non image areas and copies are blurred .

sounds like your colour reg is out run the colour reg adj in user tools if it fails clean the id sensors and the transfer unit steel roller that the ids look at then re run auto colour reg

First off...is it OEM toner? Knockoff brands will hose the color boxes faster than you can drive out of the parking lot.

You could also have an issue with the dev units. I usually do the Dev and PCU at the same time

Encoder assy

Hi
I have had troubles with the encoder assy. on the Tranfer unit on a few machines. Only way to cure it, is replacing it.
