Not sure what the Ricoh equivelant is?
If its an older model (pre 04A). Try reseting the password with service mode 5-828 -074. I think the username and password will both become blank eg UN= nothing Pass= nothing
If its a newer model. Enter the username: supervisor with no password. then go to User Tools-System settings-administrator tools- program/change Administrator- In this section you can only reset the password to what you want, the username can't be changed. After the adjustment to the password logout and login with your new password and old username. Good luck my friend!
