PM counters were reset for the PCU and Transfer Unit?

    Replace Transfer Roller?

Verify Toner is being augered? Toner System could be clogged.

I feel for ya really. I've not been keen on any of the Savin printers below 30 CPM.

      The CLP18, 22, 26, 27, etc all crap

        Disagree with your assessment

Not sure why you feel that way, I have sold many of these models and have happy customers. I feel they are better than the competition hands-down. Such features as genuine Adobe PostScript instead of the crappy simulated versions, seperate drums and toners for lower cost of operation, compact size verses the skyscraper models that are way too tall for a lot of desks, etc. You hae to set the expectations, if you use the smaller ones in high volume situations, yes, they will need more maintenance just like any other brand. The 26 and 27 models can run in print shops and are extrememly reliable. But you have to know what you are doing when it comes to such things as paper settings, etc. Many users do not choose thick paper mode and then wonder why they won't print onto card stock properly. With any model you have to do that or pay the price. Signed, happy Ricoh/Savin Sales Account Manager
