Looking to purchase a service manual for a 32228c ricoh color copier.where can i find one?also have error message saying "document being scanned by another function"what would cause that happens when faxing.reset by turning main power on and off.

This error happens when the machine has not finished a job. For example : A copy job is interrupted by a user, and another user wants to use the scanner. Then the machine first wants to finish the copy job before the other user can use the scanner. Pressing the (yellow) All Clear button would reolve this.
