Ricoh CL7200 error 545

i'm having trouble with very intermititant error 545, printer lasts between 5 to 15 days before it codes out again (200 to 900 prints)
relpaced
Fuser unit
BCU
power supply
fuser harness
firmware is all up-to date
any help greatly appericiated

It sounds more like an electrical issue. Try metring out the wall line and make sure the machine is getting the proper voltage and amperage. I'm not that familiar with 220v DC wiring (guessing from the Scottish flag and username) to try and point you better. Also make sure the machine isn't plugged into a power strip or an extension cord.
With everything you've replaced, the problem has to be on the other side of the cord...
