everymorning customer says that they have to set the fuser unit. i removed a piece of paper from the fuser unit connector and the machine connector. customers is still complaining.

Check the metal connections on the oill unit and where they contact on the copier.
Sometimes these get covered in gunk and dirt stopping a good contact or the springs dont quite make good contact. -
Agree with Paulg, had the fault myself a few weeks ago, cleaned the oil unit contacts, fault went away.Comment
