Howdy fellas, and ladies, too. Funky one with and rw240 using pb 3.6. Found in another thread that when given a error about duplicate files, keys, and the like that deleting the jobs in the queue resolved it. But during this I downloaded 3.7 in hopes of upgrading. It will not let me unistall using the disc, says there is no instance of a previous version!! Plus, in add/remove programs there is nothing there to uninstall pb. If I try to install 3.7 it gives me an error 1317.some components not found (paraphrasing). Any ideas? I've had to remove the install via regedit before but I can no longer find that info on the TSC. I could swear there was a step by step there, much like for uninstalling a failed ScanRouter V2 install.
