    1018 sc 302

machine jams after 3-4 copies. read the manual, cleaned the charge roller and vac'd out the pcu. there is also an RTB on this sc code which i have already done. machine had done nearly 200k. might refurbish the pcu and also there is a possibility that it might be the supply voltage board.

anyone else had this problem before?

    This machine has a 60k PM-cycle. At 180k you should replace :

    - Charge Roller
    - Charge Roller Cleaner (Brush Roller)
    - Cleaning Blade
    - OPC Drum
    - Developer
    - Drum Separation Pawls
    - Hot Roller

    I would perform 60k maintenance.

I think 60k maintenance should be enough. I've serviced a lot of these machines and I never had to replace the High Voltage board.
