mpc 1500 vertical white lines

these vertical lines are repeating after an inch. about six lines on each page with an inch each apart.
i have cleaned the heads under user tools and have also tried sp2010 and cleaned all the heads. machines only done 30k
tried cleaning the heads manually and the maintenance unit.

any suggestions?

Flush the heads, clean them in SP and refresh in SP. Still NG? Replace the maint unit and repeat.

Clean the encoders and their sensors off, one of them is dirty.

There is a bulletin about this machine and it states that you should take out the print engine and slide the print head unit foreward until the hole in it lines uo with the hole in the guide rail it slides on, then push a small flat blade down into said hole until you hear a click, worked for me. basically you're reseating the plastic guide on the print head unit so it sits flush.

last time i flushed the heads it used up all the ink and wasnt able to test it.lol

Sir this is the solution of your problem try it.
SYMPTOM
White or colored lines can be solved with head cleaning or refreshing, but the lines sometimes recur.
Note: Normally, the lines do not recur after head cleaning or refreshing is performed.
CAUSE
Nozzle(s) are clogged due to one of the following:
- A printout is made after leaving the machine unused for a long time
- The relative humidity of the installation environment is less than specification
- Paper with a high surface impedance is used (e.g. recycled paper).

SOLUTION
1. If the symptom occurs when a printout is made after leaving the machine unused for a long time:
1) Update the Engine firmware to v1.10 or later.

The head home position may be out of alignment, causing head capping to fail.
2) Make sure the carriage slide is in the correct position, and if necessary, replace it.

The carriage slider may be out of position, loosening the head capping (see RTB229024).
