I haven't heard of a Ricoh Aficio 3111, but SC541 is a thermistor error.

1 A Fusing thermostat/thermistor open
The fusing temperature detected by the
thermistor is below 10

C for 5 seconds
after the main power switch is turned
on.

Fusing thermostat defective or out of
position

Fusing thermistor defective or out of
position

Power supply board defective

Sir the best thing you do clean the thermistor,check the thermostat and if you foun out that the thermostat is defective you drop in the floor so that the plate is going up again this temporary solution and reset the error you how to reset sir?press photo mode at the same time sharp sign.your problem is solve if you want to change thermostat is better.

You are right Sir, This is the problem of fusing thermistor.
But now i want to know detailed method of reset process because i don't have service manual of this machine and have never worked before on it.
Hope you will never mind and will describe the reset method with datail.
