Sc300 on Mpc.3000

Black toner coated portion of Transfer belt near K. Pcu, also coated transfer roller. Replaced new K.Pcu+K.developer, they did not fix Sc.300. High voltage power pack might be the cause ? Did not find anything abnormal on machine charge terminals.
Machine had 350K on meter. System copy firmware up to date.

Is the socket on the rear frame into which the K PCU plugs in good condition? I seem to recall we had a similar problem to this and the socket was damaged / loose.

Just helped another tech fix a MPC2800 doing this on setup - Yellow in our case. One of the Charge Output terminals on the HV Pwr Supply had broken off. Not sure how, because the HV board is behind the Low Voltage supply, the terminals are soldered on at 3 points, and the wires are all clipped down fairly good so there shouldn't have been much stress, but it there it was just hanging in mid air.

Had two cases with the same problem.in both cases power pack was the problem.one was solved by replacing the small fuse on the power pack.

Replaced HV power pack solved problem.
