I've got a MPC 2500 we just installed that has the C3000 fax option on it. It replaced a 1027 which they had no fax problems with. This new machine has intermittant TX and RX problems ONLY when communicating with older fax machines. Any ideas on bit switch changes? I have a list of changes to make I got off the search like disable ECM, set initial TX and RX to 14.4, PABX and PSTN equalizer to high on TX and RX, and reconstruction time to 12s. I bought the machine manual from manualsfor U, but it does not have the fax sp table with it so I don't know what the bit switches are. Any extra advice on my problem and/or the c3000 fax manual would be a great help to me. Thanks in advance.
