      RFG eSource has a copy of all publish firmwares for all the copiers. Do a search for the model and type of info. Tech support told me about that.

      PS: That is if you are in North America... If you can't find them I may have them once I get back to work

              great, I need to know all the firmware versions, got some out of order, Ncs nib 5.73.1 fwu D1015542A this one is updated for Pro series. Thanks folks

                  Make sure the firimware is correct for your area code!!!

                  N.A and Europe firmware is often a different number!!
