Help swapping out AF3035

Hi Guy's,

I have a AF3035 that I have given up on. I have purchased a replacement machine that I am rebuilding for my customer.

I would like to restart or keep existing meters and serial number of the customers machine.

I know it sounds a bit shaky but I don't intend to resell the old one.

Any suggestions

If you are replacing with the same model, you could swap the electronics and rear cover. Assuming of course the PCB isn't the cause of your troubles.

easy to swap

As long as you replace it with the same model. You need to swap the hard meter underneath the laser cover, and the two approximately 1/4" EEPROM'S on the controller it is done after changing the serial number in service mode. See replacing the controller in replacement and adjustment section om SM.When changing pay attention to the half moon on the chips and the frame one or frame o marking as well.
