            It makes me laugh when people say 'I'm not trained on this particular model' - making out they are not an end user when it is so obvious that they are by their stupid questions lol

                What a joke! I actually had a call similar to this 20 years ago..."white or blank copies"... No dvelper in dv unit! Customer tried to fix... didn't think the developer belonged there.
