    Internal Tray 1 Full

    Hi.

very common error, exit actuator for Internal tray. Pulled out the Lever (11) from PAPER EXIT.
The paper overflow detection sensor [A] is located at the paper exit section of the fusing unit. When this sensor is activated, the machine detects that the paper stack height exceeded a certain limit and stops printing.

    Regards.

If pulling the lever down to the proper position doesn't work Then the Paper Sensor arm has been pulled/knocked off its perch so to say. That requires removing the cover to that fusing unit. Front of machine. Small area. One Screw.

Very old machine, lucky to have sorted this problem need i say that you might be called out again, better re order the part just in case to avoid fustrating call backs
