    People actually use that feature?

Seriously, though, I am not exactly sure what's going on here. My first thought would be some setting either in user modes or in service mode that forces some sort of 'delete' option with the file. I think that there is a 3 day default delete option for all scanned and stored files.

If you have thoroughly checked all user modes and sp modes, and still do not see anything, I would probably do a firmware update as this could be a software glitch doing this. I'd say maybe the HD, but the machine is working and not saying 'please wait.'

Yeah some actually use the Document Server. But is she Storing it in the Document Server or just Scan and Storing? If So I think that's just temporary on the older models.

Default Time on Doc Server is 3 days, this is easily changed in user tools.
