having fusing issues . fuser sc says 190 deg,but ink not fusing on there letterhead paper .the paper is 25%cotton fuses ok on my copier but not theirs.w/o temp gauge im guessing the board is not allowing fuser to reach the proper temp.i am getting no error codes indicating low temp so i figure i have a bad i.o brd.once again copier says 190 deg fuser is rebuilt w/ new therms and rollers no gap between rollers either.paper does not come out of fuser hot is warm to touch that does not seem right should be warmer to touch.

It sounds like something is physically going on with the fuser, rather than a board problem. Double-check that entire assembly again and re-check the pressure. I assume you've already tried to 'tell' the machine that the paper is thicker.Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Comptia A+, Comptia Network+Comment

I tell customers well it worked before you wore out the Gears and Clutches by feeding non standard paper without changing the Settings like we've recommended, the manual recommended and we Demoed to you when the device was installed.
I will then proceed to Program their Settings for them and Show them Look , Less Buttons , Select Program 1) or whatever it is.
We don't appreciate lazy customers and we can't fix stupid. Kills me when they are too lazy to bend over and look in their copy cabinet to check if they have a spare toner instead of screaming they are out.Comment
