MP3500 hold function

The hold funtion on the printer holds the second page, but not the first. When a letter is printed a macro is used to print the front page first and then the rest of the pages.

However the letterhead page is being held as it should be and the continuation pages are printing immediately.

I should mention that this macro works fine on other similar printers.

Any idea what might be causing this?

I am currently attempting using some DSm645 drivers with the printer with no success so far.

Locked print works fine with the DSm645. Need hold print though.
