Hi All,

Im having intermitent faxing problems at a customers site it appears some of the rx numbers hang up during tx.I dont know if this is a lame question i was thinking of doing a RAM reset but cant find it in the manual.Can u actually do a RAM reset and if so where?

You can do a fax memory clear from fax service mode. You may want to try turning off ECM first and see if it helps. There are also a number of settings which may help (bit switches), like cable equalization, error threshold, and send/receive levels and speeds for the modem. These can all be found in the service manual.

Sorry i left out that line noise is great send testfax to the exchange it comes back perfect.Its just a funny one with certain numbers but just cant tell if its the line or the machine.
