scanning with vista check this out

i have read and posted on here about all the problems with vista and scanning. some one from here gave me a link to a FREE scan program that works great with vista and any other systems. go and look at IrfanView.com install it and your problems go away! i scan to a folder on desk top so the customer can find it. if you scan multi pages you have to scan in TIF to link them together but can change them to PDF using a free converter program. e-mail, print, fax it all works very easy. just my two cents worth. it has saved me lots of problems ! i use it on all my scanning machines. thanks howard

Works good if your customers like TiFF/JPG and not PDF.
Also Twain so Back and Forth to a PC.

Situational, but sometimes ya gotta do what ya gotta do.
