I'm not showing any jam numbers that high. 7-504 goes up to 67, which is what I'm seeing in the manual.

What's going on with the machine? Where are you seeing the trouble at?

honestly, I haven't been to the machine in 2 months... Its 2 hours away so I really need the manual to diagnose properly.

I remember that cassette 1 jams right near the drum, no problems with cassette 2. The sensor is hit by the paper, but the copier thinks that the sensor never went off. Pretty sure I can just replace the sensor... But why would it only do it from cassette 1 and not 2 .. that sensor is used when it feeds from cassette 2

Gosh, i wish i could figure out where i got jam code 122 from service mode
