Cards from Matsushita/Panasonic?
This may not be accurate, but someone told me that only cards from Matsushita (Panasonic) are used and there is something different about them? I don't actually believe that, but since I heard it, I'll put that up for what it's worth (probably nothing!).Comment

Does anyone know where a driver may be downloaded for the Ricoh 4mb PC card, A2309350? I have a Dell Latitude E5400 laptop running WinXP and Device Manager shows the card as an Unknown Device. Looked on the net but haven't found the driver yet.
The card worked fine on a Latitude D620 with XP, but no luck on the new machine.Comment

the generic cards will not work with the Ricoh software. There is NO formating of the cards either. In addition to the software you will alos need to setup the card for the correct slot on your laptop. Note: there is an updateded version of the software 1.01 that you will need. With all the time you have wasted on the generic card buying the correct one would seem mute at this time.Comment

you can not download the software. It has to be purchased since you have to install the license key when you install the program.or another tech sends you the CD. Also note that you can only install 1 firmware at a time on this card. I do not remember if you can remotely update the firmware via web image monitor on this model. Something to look into.Comment
