if you are Ricoh certified, go to the technical support site. Technology Solutions Resource Center Website

If you are not, then ??????? why are you messing with firmware?

Duct tape and chewing gum will fix it.

            It's all about the sledgehammers
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

            Hit it.

Its amazing all these people want something and they ALL forget to say 'please'. Its like its not even in their vocabulary. And just send them what they ask for because they want it, not like they contribute to the board or to anyone who needs help. Check their previous messages and you'll see that all of their posts are obnoxious requests for something for free.
And just what is frimware anyhow?

Too easy, it's more fun watching people keep asking for shit thats never going to show up (like the dirt bike Santa screwed me on every year). The other fun part is when people post their email addresses to an open forum and then wonder why they start getting spam from all corners of the world.
