Ricoh nicfax 4430 scan to e-mail on exchange server 2007 giving error 10-75

Hi guys,iam trying to configure ricoh nicfax 4430NF on exchange server 2007 for scan to email, i create an a/c on the server for machine,configure all the details in required fields,now the nicfax is recieving e-mails but cannot scan to e-mail activity report shows error code 10-75,THAT'S RELATED TO SMTP can some body help me out.

A 10-75 error means the email address is too long. This machine only accepts a 127 byte address. Take the address out of the machine and try re-entering it, or maybe create a shorter alias email address on the server.

thanks 4 a quick response,i have tried out very short email add,and assign some already in use mail add of users on the domain,adding that the scan to email working fine on server 2003 for the same machine,thanx
