scan to email timing received shown different on machine.

hi. i had this machine MPC5000. when i scan to email. the timing received at my end is not the same. for example i scan at 9.00am. my email timing show me 4.00am. i double check the timing at the machine is set correctly.

anyone can advise? is it due to my mail server setting?

Sounds like your mail server is setup in a different timezone, you can always check and print out your scan report on the machine.
