I'm working on a Lanier SPC222sf with about 2000 clicks on her. It works fine in every respect except one. After it sits idle for 5 minutes the control panel simply locks up. It shows itself in the "ready" mode, but it does not respond to any button being pushed. The only way to get it going is to turn it off/on again. It occurs every time it sits for 5 min or longer. Tech support suggests new engine and controller boards. The power save mode has been turned off (doesn't matter), factory default settings have been restored, (no help). anybody seen this issue before?
