Hi All
I'm in the middle of trying to sort a fault on the C7528 printer. It popped up with SC391-04 (cyan). I swapped the drum around with the Magenta drum and the fault moved with the drum, SC391-03. And just to be sure, I swapped it over with the yellow drum and the fault again moved with it, SC391-02(ylw). So I replaced the colour drums and fired up the machine..... After making the right noises for a few seconds, it popped up with the Sc391-03. I switched the machine off and back on, again it came up with an error this time Sc391-04. After that, every time I switched it on, it would kick out any of the Sc391-02/3/4.
I tried another transfer unit in it believing the fault may be there, alas, no chance. So I'm back at the office stripping the boards of a donor machine. Before I head back after lunch, thought I'd ask the knowledgable folks out there if they may have had anything similar......
Cheers
