RICHO AFICIO 2238c " SC389 " CODE ?

Hi, expert:

Here is a message code "SC389" showed on Aficio 2238C.
DO anyone know what's wrong with machine? is that a wrong with magenta or sensor problems?

The machine encountered an error for magenta during process control (Vk is out of range).

The manual says the following :

- Low toner density
- Toner supply problems
- Laser exposure problem
- Image Transfer problem

I would check the toner supply tubes for obstructions, and try a new magenta dv-unit.

You can always check the process control result in SP3-975 (should be 1111).
