I have several Ricoh and some Lanier manuals, this will help me get them organized.

One question this looks very professional, it is OEM or you made it by yourself?

    thanks !

Not sure how it works in th USA, but in UK this info is available via the front page of the TESSA site ("Cross Reference Model" Link)

What site is this? I did a quick search and came up with 6,750,000 hits. The first being "Organization serving victims of domestic violence and adult sexual assault", the next "Teacher Education in Sub-Saharan Africa", then "Texas Severe Storms Association". etc. etc. etc. Could you provide a link please?

TESSA - Technical Electronic Support Service Archive - its Europe only I think and you have to work for a dealer to gain access.

Ricoh USA used to provide a document that looks very much like yours. They have now gone to a on-line version that I don't find nearly as useful. Unfortunately, it is the only place I know that is right up to date.

Grabbed a copy of your document. Thanks so much.

I have a program from Ricoh USA that functions as a cross reference for Ricoh-Savin-Gestetner & Lanier

If you ask me nicely in email, I'll send it, otherwise the email will be ignored.

Thank you for your assistance. Please ignore the begrudgers, they do not represent the majority of English speakers on this forum.
