Pls specify.. Is there no image on the drum (problem charge corona above the drum) or there is an image and it does not transfer to paper (problem transfer corona below the drum)?

Both problems are basically corona wire related. Katun has corona wire rolls which you can install into these copiers, ensure that u maintain a good tension on the wire when installing.

Pls also check the end blocks & covers of both charge & transfer unit as these also 'short' (arc) causing blank or light copies.

are you technician? if you are, refer to the manual first or if you are lazy enough to read then ask your colleague in the office. please dont take it personal coz really, you can for sure see the answer of your problem from the manual.
if you are not technician better call a service engineer to fix this problem.

Probably an end-user ("my copier"), do not waste your time and explanations (tech explanations he won't understand anyway) to a cheap guy who thinks he's smarter than his local tech and that he's going to get a free repair by writing here.
