on technical cd there is no explanation to this

Self diagnostic error

Either the ram chip in slot 1 is bad, or the controller is bad (according the the manual).

I'd go for controller, I've had quite a few fail on the new Russian. Just make sure you order the correct one though, there's quite a few different boards for this model.
