Aficio 700 error code 2002 on printing

Hi, can anyone help me to solve the problem with error code 2002 on aficio 700.
It appears omly on printer menu , the copier function is ok, but all the printing options even the sp menu is frozen.
For more accuracy the last code was like this sc 2002:5000020a

There is a TB on this code see attach file...or your printer controller board faulty.
