SC350-3 On Ricoh 450E

seeing if anyone has any ideas on this, this one kinda has me stumped, so far I have:
cleaned the machine
checked the plastic drum drive gear(in good shape)
replaced drum shaft + bearing
PCU unit
dev(not the dev unit)
hvps
id sensor

its happens at random times, sadly never when I am at the customer but its clearly in the smc report list of errors, I had a run of over 1800 while I was there of course had no issues.

I had one that haunted me for months. Did everything like you. Ended up swapping out the machine. A thought later occurred to me.
This customer was printing a large quantity out of the DocServer. I've often wondered if it was a software glitch. Meaning, it wouldn't add toner if printing from doc server.
I guess my question: is your customer running a ton out of the doc server when this happens?
