    Lanier/Ricoh C2035

    Hey guys...
I have a question for the multibrand techs.
We've just taken on Lanier(a rebadged Ricoh) to start selling... looking to replace our iRC3100 range.
I ran up my first brand new Lanier today and it was a pretty easy task compared to some of the Canon range.
I have to say that the copy quality was much better than I was expecting.
Have any of you guys had much experience with this model at all?
Just after a bit of feedback....I'll post up over in the Ricoh forum as well.

    Oze,
We have put these out and i cant find much wrong with them.Out of the box copy quality is good, set up is nothing, compared to a Canon.Update the firmware is about the only thing to do after set up.

I DID think that it was a bit rude that in order to update the firmware you need to buy a separate plug in card...considering that from what I've been told if you phone their support for help the first thing that they ask is whether you've updated the firmware
I'll get the powers that be to fork over for the required card so we can flash the firmware before it leaves...we've put it into the Showroom for now as I think they just want it as their demo model.

Not as bad as it seems tho.You can load the card with all the firmware and download to the machine at one time.Easier than Canon with SSt and all.But yes, almost the first question they ask.
