Hi, i need your help with my cpoier machine. The machine works fine, but when i want to copie something the paper comes out white and a little dirty with black points. And if everyone has a service manual that would be great!!
Thanks in advance for your time email:

So the machine works fine except when you want to make a copy? Does that mean scanning and printing work OK?

Your description of the problem is pretty uninformative. A scan of a sample copy and the original used would be much more useful.

As for the manual, its not a cookbook. You need to combine the manuals with a little deductive thinking applied to the print results and a bit of process of elimination of where the problem arises. IOW, there aren't any pictures to compare your print to with a list of parts to replace to fix your copier.

Now I know why I can not understand manuals, Japanese translated into american then into English, or should I say Inglish.
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change.

1st post and he wants a manual. What a surprise!
Ok boys, line up to give it to him, after all, he's a home user, isn't going to offer anybody else any help, will get what he wants and then never come back.

Yes the machine works ok, but the quality of printing is very poor.
