    3260c scans appear as lines

I need some thoughts on this. I have an account that has a 3260c scan to folder and they also use the doc server. Lately the scans are coming through as colored lines or bw lines nothing can be made out because there is no text or images just lines. I updated all the firmware problem goes away for 3 days then it's back, I took my laptop via crossover and same results. * I reflashed the firmware a 2nd time to see and same thing it did not last long so now I have the problem again. They do have documents stored in the doc server not sure if this info helps

Any idea what is causing this?

Tried that already reboot the machine will work for a few days and then it comes back again. I notice that when it does come back someone has stored a new doc on the doc server not sure if this has anything related to it but just caught my attention.

Have you tried changing formats? Resolution?

Yeah tried that no luck ordered a new controller and memory ran out of ideas so I will change out the parts and hopefully put an end to this repetitive problem.

What firmware did you flash it with? 1.25 had this problem so it needs to be 1.26 or higher.

Something in the back of my mind tells me this is a RAM issue, not being fast enough or something like that. Probably a different model but for what its worth..
