Can you ping the ip address on the network?
If you don’t get a reply then check the IP, subnet, and gateway is correct!

If you get a reply and can’t print to it!
Use the RPCS driver instead of Pcl I had that once were it just would not print via Pcl!
    What? HuH?

Had a customer receive a SURGE through Just the Cat5 Network Cable. Machine would no longer print or Ping via Network. Worked fine Via USB.

All Settings were correct in User Tools.

Had to replace Controller board since it is integrated. Funny how Network and USB side by Side and only 1 small thing got fried.

See if you can print while connected to the printer via cross over cable & laptop. If you cant print to it, i suggest changing the NIC card/controller.
