    MPC 2000 fax problems

We have here in Pitney Bowes had major problems with our fax line for the transition to IP telephony. This should be resolve by putting down the speed of the fax modem. Someone who knows how to do it on an MPC 2000? Thank you in advance!

If you rely on your faxes, get a dedicated line. Lots of problems w/VOIP and fax.
Don't take that toner with me!

Yeah lots of our customers we have to argue with because they put Credit Card machines or Security Systems on the same line. They wonder why they have fax issues lol.
