machine comes to ready, i go to make 1 copy and then sc-495 pops. i cleaned all of the tubes at the rear of the machine and the front of the pc unit, cl-the sensor at the top of the collection assly and the sub assly. ran the motors in sp for both, ran smooth, repl-toner end sensor no luck. is there a recycle sensor to clean because i could't find it or am i missing something with this one. thanks t

Most likely the gear you see turning is spinning on the shaft and not turning the shaft. IOW, the "D" center of the gear is rounded out. This would be the gear on the end of the toner pump.

This is based on experience with the 1060. Never seen the 2060. But, I think they are pretty much the same in this area.

Try the unit with the small coil which sends toner to the waste toner bottle (see attached) The coil "D" can break and cause SC495 misdetections.

It's the sensor on the recycle tube behind the BCU board. Just move the BCU out of the way you don't need to do anything with the controller box. I always put a new one in instead of just blowing it off because I have ended up behind the last guy who just blew it off and the code came back too many times. I have never had the tube be plugged it always has been the sensor it covered with dust.

Now the old aficio 650 that would plug up and round out the pulley that drives the recycle but the 2075 is totally different.
