ricoh 2238c intimittant jams

jam code of 005 which is the tandum tray. jams occur about every 100 prints approx. paper does not even feed through it just stops.

ive replaced the all the feed rollers including the torque limiter. im thinking about replacing the paper feed clutch.

any suggestions?

I would think that would be next. The clutch. Have you verified that the tray Lift Motor is right on? Sometimes the cord has kinks that can cause it not to lift enough.
