Gestener is jamming

We have A Gestetner 3355 that has been jamming every 25 sheets. It almost seems like the fuser rollers aren't turning.. It always jams at E1-E4.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi.

Go to SP mode and SMC report ( SP 5990) and in "jam history" you can see where are is JAM (which sensor)

If you have any doubt that that the fuser is not driving check the fuser motor in output mode. I have had one fail in the past.
After reading your post again, diregard this post. A failed fusing motor would jam every time and probably throw a sc 531.

I have also had hot roller gears crack in the past causing intermittant misfeeds. Considering the age of this machine, that is a definate possibility.
