    PCDL

    Has anyone used this yet? Seems it is some offline version of the Tier 2 knowledge base.

    Looks handy, save having to use the 3g card everytime.

      i looked at the course today, where is the download client though?
      Networking skills are advantageous but use of a 3m vacuum cleaner is essential

          I think from reading the email its to be out soon and it said DVD or link in the Manual so I guess we will have to wait and see..

          I may send an email and see what they say

              I've been in contact with Ricoh UK today, who then contacted Holland. They confirmed, as I suspected, that this facility will only be available to the "Ricoh Group Family" and not to dealers. The details should never have been posted on WICE. Seems we're out of luck.
