SC202 for the aficio SPC811DN (HELP!!)

i just got it and as soon as it was turned on it gave the functional error turn off and on if it still persists.... u know the rest

Well I'm guessing you aren't a Tech or you would have looked it up maybe. Though some are SOL for manuals.

Polygon motor error 1: ON timeout
The polygon mirror motor does not reach the targeted operating speed
within the specified time after turning on or changing speed
- Defective or disconnected harness to polygon motor driver board
- Defective polygon motor driver board
- Defective polygon motor.

1. Replace the polygon motor.
2. Replace the laser optics housing unit.
3. Replace the harness.
4. Replace the EGB.

Sounds like You need to call in a Tech.

1st yes i am NOT a tech i have one but the thing is he needs the service manual before he can jump in, ordered one online but they are stalling, juat cant get through the service manual. cause the suggestions you gave our tech says that what he thought, further more he says it must have gotten misaligned during shipping cause the machine is brand new.
but we just need the service manual to get going on soring out the prob.
so thank u for you help VULKOR. i guess my tech cant proceed properly unless he does get the service manual.
