What would be anyones thoughts on why toner is getting into the 1st cassette and ont he front door at toner hopper??? I plan on replacing the toner hopper for the 2nd time, it's the only thing I can see as the cause.

The dev entrance seal like imind said plus these things are just dirty. Everytime a user pulls out the toner hopper toner comes out and gets on the door. Make sure it isn't over due for the pm and just keep cleaning it.
I do see when the toner hopper is bad users pull it in and out a lot which gets toner all over.Comment
