Ricoh 3045

I understand Ricoh used a different company in the manufaturing of this model and thus have problems with the operation PCB which I'm experiencing. I was told that there is a part that can be replaced that will fix this problem I believe it to be a ribbon cable??? Can anyone verify this and provide me with the part #.

They are suppose to send replacement touch screens out at no charge.The number they are using cant be ordered.

There are no bulletins about bad boards or ribbon cables. Could you mean the touch panel?

That is helpful yet the copiers I service are used. I don't know if I would qualify.

If you bought them second hand i dont think you can get them for no charge.But, it is only the touch screen and not the whole op panel.
