Savin 816mf

We have Several Savin 816mf that have problem with ADF pulling the entire stack of papers.

We have rebuilt them replacing
AF031062 Feed Roller
AF030363 Pickup Roller
AF032030 Reverse Roller

And Even the Spring Plate in Bulletin 002 for B872 DF1000
And Even the One Way Clutch B044 4961 Oneway Clutch

So what in the hell is left? Motor? Boards? Firmware?

I really haye these machines. I have had this several times in the past. I think I replaced everything as well, but ended up bending the new spring plate to put less pressure on the sep roller. I'm pretty sure it worked too!

Good idea. Office Manager says when he does that the spring plate won't stay in there it pops out. Thinking Super Glue!

Why is the office manager doing it. I would think you are more qualified to do this.

Meant to say TECH Manager lol. He being the Manager actually goes out in the field daily and isn't behind a desk.
